Diagnostic engagements run in two tiers. The Enterprise System Health Check is the entry point, a fixed-fee two-day screening that shows where to look. The Enterprise System Diagnostic is the deeper engagement that establishes what is true, what is constraining performance, and what needs to change first, with scope, duration, and investment calibrated to organisational complexity.
A fixed-fee, two-day on-site engagement. Day one runs six 60-minute sessions, one with each functional executive, working through an anchor question for each of the eight capability domains. Day two moves into SME conversations, targeted follow-ups, and document review triangulation, with document review commencing before the engagement begins. You receive an enterprise traffic light view across the eight capability domains with an executive summary of systemic findings.
The Health Check is a perception-based screening, not a validated diagnosis. It tells you where to look. The Enterprise System Diagnostic tells you what is true.
The diagnostic identifies where strategy, operating model, and execution have become misaligned across the eight capability domains, tracing the structural cause rather than describing the symptom. The interpretive layer is built through co-design, stakeholder interviews, decision-path mapping, and direct leader engagement.
Duration is determined by organisational complexity, not prescribed in advance. A 30-person NFP and a national program with entrenched governance dysfunction require fundamentally different diagnostic depth. Scope and duration are agreed during the initial discovery conversation.
